T-Lock uses a separate high-pressure inner tube inside its blue cover to press the tyre beads against the rim. The main tyre chamber runs tubeless, so you can adjust its pressure separately for the terrain.

The internal T-Lock tube and the main tyre chamber use different pressures. Follow the manufacturer’s installation guide.

01 / FIT

Choose the correct rim diameter and width. Prepare the rim and fit the T-Lock system following the installation manual.

02 / LOCK

Inflate the internal T-Lock tube to the manufacturer’s specified 7.5 bar / 110 PSI.

03 / TUNE

Set the main tyre pressure for your tyre, terrain and riding conditions. Recheck pressures and sealant regularly.

BEFORE YOU RIDE

Is the tyre completely tubeless?+

The main tyre chamber runs without a conventional inner tube or mousse. A separate small high-pressure tube inside the T-Lock cover provides the bead-lock force.

Can I keep my existing rims?+

In many cases, yes. Compatibility depends on rim diameter, width and model. Confirm your rim dimensions before ordering, particularly on mini bikes.

Does T-Lock stay on the rim during tyre changes?+

The system can remain on the rim while you change the tyre. Follow the fitting sequence in the manufacturer’s guide and inspect the tube and sealant each time.

How do I look after the system?+

Check the internal tube pressure before riding and monitor the main tyre pressure and sealant. Inspect components for damage during tyre changes. Use the official guide for the full service procedure.
